• Download a secure certificate of right to drive (restricted information record).

You need your harmonized prefectural registration number (NEPH).

The File Number (NEPH) consists of 5 to 19 characters and can be found on the following documents :

• Driving license
• Certificate of registration issued by theANTS: titleContent
• Digital Booklet
• Secure certificate of right to drive (restricted information record)
• Letters you have received to inform you of the loss or recovery of points on your license.
• Full Information Statement (IIR)
