Driver's license: how to request a complete information record (RII)?

The online service My points allowed allows you to view your complete information statement (IIR) if you log in via FranceConnect :

You can also request an IIR from your prefecture. Before making the step, contact your prefecture to find out how you should apply, on site, by post or by email.

Depending on your prefecture's response, prepare the following documents depending on whether the RII request is made on site, by mail or by email.

By post

Attach the following documents to your application:

  • Copy of your ID
  • Copy of your driver's license
  • Envelope franked at the registered letter rate with AR: titleContent denominated in your name, first name and address.

The time taken to receive the IIR is variable.

On site

Prepare the following documents:

  • Your ID
  • Your driver's license.
By email

Attach the following documents and information to your request:

  • Copy of your ID
  • Copy of your driver's license
  • The email address to which you would like to receive the reply.

The time taken to receive the IIR is variable.

Warning  

Not all prefectures offer RII communication by email.

The IIR shall contain all information related to your driver's license : number of dots remaining, validity of the permit, infringements committed, medical visits carried out, internships raising awareness of road safety…

Since June 23, 2023, the IIR includes a 2D-Doc barcode certifying the information contained.

The IIR is communicable only to the permit holder and certain authorities. For example, the judge in the context of an appeal against a decision to withdraw a license.
