How to convert a military driving license into a civilian driving license?

The military driving certificate shall be issued to military personnel who do not have a license to drive one of the Ministry of Defense vehicles.

It allows to drive vehicles corresponding to the licenses of categories A (motorcycle), B (car), C (transport of goods), D (passenger transport).

The persons concerned must follow a training and pass an exam.

Prepare the digitized version of the following documents:
