Active Solidarity Income (SSA)

Registration of beneficiaries of the active solidarity income (RSA) with France Travail

Since the 1er January 2025, each person receiving the RSA

  • is mandatory and automatically registered with France Travail
  • and must then sign a contract of employment containing an action plan specifying its social and professional integration objectives.

The active solidarity income (RSA) ensures that people without resources have a minimum level of income that varies according to the composition of the household. The RSA is open, under certain conditions, to persons aged 25 or over and to young workers aged 18 to 24 if they are single parents or have a certain period of professional activity. This dossier does not detail the specific rules foreseen for Mayotte.
