Yes, you can accumulate the specific solidarity allowance (SSA) or the Solidarity Allowance for the Elderly (Aspa) with the RSA: titleContent if you meet the general conditions to benefit from them.
The amount of the RSA will be reduced by the amount of the SSA or Aspa. You cannot accumulate the full amount of the SSA or Aspa and the RSA.
It is more advantageous to keep the amount of the Aspa, because it is higher than that of the RSA.
