When I am looking for a job, I can initially register with France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi). Then, when I look for a job or when I return to work, I have to take various steps.

      I am looking for a 1st job

      If I look for a 1er employment because I have never worked before, I enroll in France Travail as a priority.

      France Travail can help me find a job.

      I register with France Travail as a jobseeker.

      I go to my appointment with my agency France Travail to benefit from a personalized follow-up and realize my employment contract of the jobseeker.

      Warning  

      I have an obligation to update my situation by internet, by phone or on site in my agency France Travail to confirm that I am still looking for a job.

      In case of forgetfulness, I risk to be struck off from the list of jobseekers.

      The fact of register with France Travail allows me to find out about the financial aid available.

      I inquire about other aid to which I may be entitled under certain conditions:

      Please note

      For certain employees affected by an economic dismissal procedure, France Travail support may be provided in a professional security contract (CSP).

      when i am in a situation of notice of termination, sometimes the employer gives me the opportunity to take a few hours off to look for a job.

      The fact of register with France Travail allows me to ask the Return to Employment Assistance (RHE) allowance. This unemployment benefit is granted under certain conditions (including in the event of resignation).
