From how many children are eligible for family benefits?

Most family benefits are paid if you have at least 1 child incurring (or unborn). Some benefits are paid if you have at least 2 children or at least 3. Some are paid even if you don't have a child.
The rules are the same as you depend on the general plan (Caf: titleContent) or the agricultural scheme (MSA: titleContent).
