  1. Sign in via FranceConnect
  2. Select, among the various procedures, « Identity card and/or passport »
  3. Specify if the pre-application concerns a major or a minor
  4. Fill in if the application is filed in France or abroad
  5. Indicate the pattern of the pre-application
  6. Validate definitively on pattern of the pre-application
  7. Fill in information about your marital status
  8. Fill in information on themarital status of your parents
  9. Fill in the reason for which you are French
  10. Fill in your address and your coordinates
  11. If you live in France, check your address with the device Proof of address (not mandatory)
  12. Read the summary of your pre-application
  13. Validate your pre-request
  14. Download, if you wish, your tax stamp and your proof of payment at PDF format
