Private sector employees have access to several training programs. Some allow the employee to freely choose his training, others are supervised by the employer. We present the training chosen by the employee and those planned by his company.
By the employee
The CPF allows any employee without seniority conditions to follow a training allowed by this system.
The TPP allows any employee to follow a training to change profession or profession. Thus, the training requested does not need to be related to the activity of the employee.
In principle, a condition of seniority must be respected.
The purpose of the conversion period is to acquire a qualification:
- Be registered in the national directory of professional qualifications (RNCP)
- Either entitling to a certificate of professional qualification (CQP) or interbranch.
Any employee in the private sector (company, association, public industrial and commercial establishment...) who wishes to benefit from professional mobility within or outside the company may benefit from a retraining period.
There are several other specific holidays. In particular :
- The leave for examination is required to obtain leave of absence to take one or more examinations in order to acquire a certain title or diploma
- The training leave for managers and youth workers allows you to train or improve in coaching or animation.
There are several holidays related to the function of employee-elect.
Examples:
- The training leave for labor court advisers allows you to improve your prud'homal functions
- The training leave for staff representatives allows you to take economic training or to train in health, safety and working conditions
- The economic, social and trade union training leave provides training or further training to exercise union responsibilities.
