Yes, during a work stoppage, an employee can undergo training.

But the employee must:

  • Get first the written agreement of sound attending physician
  • And then forward this agreement by post to its CPAM: titleContent, preferably by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The employment contract of the employee is suspended during the periods during which the employee on leave from work receives training.
