You want to carry out work in your home (energy renovation, adaptation to the loss of autonomy...)? The National Housing Agency (Anah) can grant you financial assistance, subject to conditions. We present you the information to know.
Anah offers several types of assistance for the realization of energy renovation works among which:
Anah also offers help MaPrimeAdapt' for adapting your home to the loss of autonomy (installation of an electric stairlift, bathroom layout...).
Anah finally offers help My Premium Decent Housing for securing undignified housing (unsanitary) or degraded.

Conditions related to your situation
According to the arrangements, the persons eligible for Anah aid are as follows:
- Owner occupant
- Landlord Owner
- Tenant
- Union of co-owners.
Conditions related to the work
Anah's helpers are not assigned for the following works:
- Decoration work
- New construction work
- Expansion work.
Your work must in principle be carried out by a recognized professional guarantor of the environment (RGE).

Conditions related to housing
Anah aid is allocated mainly for the principal residence.
Resource Conditions
Your income and that of all the people who occupy the dwelling are taken into account. These revenues must not exceed a resource ceiling classified into 3 categories:
- Very modest incomes
- Modest income
- Intermediate income
The income withheld is the reference tax revenue (RFR) of year N-1 (i.e. 2025 for applications made in 2026).

You must apply online. To do this, you must first create a personal account on the website of the National Habitat Agency (Anah):

The authorized representative may intervene:
- in administrative management to help you build and monitor your file
- in receipt of funds, i.e. to receive the aid on your behalf, but on your behalf.
The mandatary can combine these 2 types of missions.

The payment of Anah aid is not automatic.
The amount of aid depends on many factors such as the nature of the work envisaged, its amount, your resources.
Anah also appreciates the interest of your project.
Amounts vary according to the following:
- Type of beneficiary
- Type of work
- Household resources
- Location of the accommodation.
Anah grants are usually paid out once your work is complete.
However, Anah may decide to grant you a advance to start your work. You must apply online from your personal space:
Your work can only begin once you have received the decision awarding you the aid.
Once the application has been granted, you must carry out the work in accordance with the submitted project.
The work must generally be completed within a period of 2 years according to the decision granting you the aid. Otherwise, the aid is not paid.
Upon completion of the work, you must send the invoice to the Anah of the craftsmen who have carried out your work to request the payment of the aid:
Anah then intervenes to proceed with the payment.
The aid is paid in 1 installment by bank transfer.
Yes, the aid from the Anah may be cumulated with the energy check, the zero-interest eco-loan (eco-PTZ) and the Zero interest rate loan (PTZ).
You also benefit from reduced value added tax (VAT) (5.5%) for your work.
