Apply online for the replacement of the driving license in the “pink folding 3-pane” format by a license in the “credit card” format

This online service allows you to make a request for replacement of folding driver's license 3-part "pink cardboard".

Accessible with FranceConnect or with your identifiers ANTS: titleContent. If you don't have one, you are offered to create an account to have a personal space on the ANTS website.

The approach is free of charge, except for photo ID fees.

Prepare the following to make the step:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of address
  • Digital photo-signature. If you wish to send a photo ID in paper format, you are offered, at the end of the process, to download and send the photo signature form.
  • Permit to be replaced
  • If necessary, medical opinion form cerfa no. 14880 (application for heavy group category, following surgery or if title is subject to medical advice)

Steps to follow :

1/ Sign in or create an account ANTS: titleContent

2/ Click on "New request"

3/ Choose the reason for your request:

"I ask for the manufacture of a driving license document"

4/ Complete the following sections, add the required supporting documents and the photo (e-photo code obtained from a ANTS Authorized Photographer or mailing)

5/ Confirm the approach

6/ Follow its progress in your ANTS space.
