How do I use the Ombudsman of the CAF or the AMM?

The Administrative Ombudsman of the Caf: titleContent (if you are dependent on the general diet) or MSA: titleContent (if you are dependent on the farm plan) may be seized when you consider that the response to a claim is not satisfactory.

Caf

The administrative mediator of the Caf intervenes following an unsuccessful request to the services of the Caf.

Thus, it is necessary to have already tried to solve the problem (request for explanations, complaint...) by contacting the service concerned before soliciting the mediator.

The Ombudsman's action concerns individual family and social benefits (example:back-to-school allowance) paid by the CAF.

The mediator re-establishes communication between you and the services of the Caf.

Warning  

The initiation of a legal action before the court ends the mediation.

MSA

The mission of the MSA mediator is to seek to resolve disputes between you and your MSA fund.

Thus, it is essential to have already made a written request to your MSA before contacting the mediator.

The Ombudsman may be asked to any dispute relating to compulsory social protection.
