Your operator is Orange and you receive the Active Solidarity Income (RSA) or the Disabled Adult Allowance (AAH) or the Specific Solidarity Allowance (ASS)? You can benefit from a so-called discount Telephone social reduction on your landline subscription of your primary residence. We tell you what you need to know.
Alone the operator Orange offers a social discount offer by telephone. In addition, the reduction does not apply the Internet-Television-Landline coupled social offer.

You will need to provide Orange with a certificate of entitlement at the RSA or AAH or ASS.
If you have not received your certificate of entitlement, you can request it by contacting the organization to which you depend:
- Family allowance fund (Caf) or agricultural social mutuality (MSA) for RSA or AAH
- France Work for the ASS.

The reduction of the subscription amount is granted to you for a duration of 1 year.
This period is renewable. To do so, you must send your new certificate of entitlement to the RSA or AAH or to the ASS, by post, to Orange.
In principle, you will receive a new certificate of entitlement to RSA or AAH or ASS every year from your organization (Caf, MSA or France Travail) as long as you continue to meet the conditions for the award of these aids. If you do not receive your new certificate of entitlement, you must contact your organization to request it.
