Students: a platform to facilitate your housing search

Students sometimes have little time between their admission results and the start of the academic year. The search for housing can then be time-consuming and a source of stress.

The free public service Mon Logement Étudiant has the following objectives:

• centralize reliable housing offers on a single site;
• simplify the procedures for finding a home;
• improve the visibility of student housing offers for social purposes (housing offered by the Crous and other managers).

The platform, launched in July 2025 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space, is aimed at in priority to people with modest resources (fellows, etc.)but she can be used by all students.

On My Student Accommodation, you can search for a dwelling by indicating:

• the academy, city or department of your housing search;
• your maximum budget for the payment of rent;
• whether you want to live in a shared flat or not;
• whether the accommodation must necessarily be accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

Tools to estimate your housing assistance and calculate your student budget

On the My Student Accommodation platform, you can also use:

• a simulator to estimate the amount of your housing assistance depending on your situation;
• a calculator of your student budget (monthly income and expenses), to manage your finances more easily and have a real-time follow-up of your monthly expenses.

The platform also provides dedicated advice and tools, including for the development of a student budget and the simulation of housing subsidies.
