My Master: What are the next steps?

My Master is the unique platform for students wishing to enroll in the first year of a master’s degree. As of 2 June, proposals for admission are sent to applicants. Service-public.fr provides you with the final steps in the registration process for the September 2025 season.

The platform My Master is offered to those wishing to integrate a first year of a master's degree in French higher education.

It allows students to introduce a single application, following a common timetable nationally.

On 2 June, the responses to the applications are published on the platform. You may receive an admission proposal or be notified that you are on the waiting list; and if your application does not meet the training expectations, your application is refused. When you receive an admission proposal, you can:

  • to accept it definitively;
  • provisionally accept it;
  • refuse it.

You must respond to the proposal within the specified time frame.

Reminder

The My Master platform is intended for students who hold (or are in the process of obtaining) a national bachelor's degree or another diploma enabling them to access the master's degree, whether they are French or nationals of the European Economic Area, Andorra, Switzerland or Monaco.

What are the next steps in the Master's registration process?

On the My Master platform, you can notably:

  • Apply for your first year of a master’s degree.
  • be accompanied by the Rectoral Services in case you have received no positive response to your applications.

"Traditional" applications are reviewed by institutions between March 31 and March 1er June 2025. For alternance applications, the replies were sent on 2 May.

    On the My Master platform, for each of the courses open to the application you can discover:

    • the recitals and the criteria for assessing applications;
    • the diplomas recommended for admission to training;
    • training locations;
    • the contact email addresses of the educational and administrative managers.

    Master’s degree cards also help you get information on the fate of graduates (further education, employment rate).

    You can search for courses depending on the desired geographical area and the teaching method (initial training, distance learning, alternance training...).
