Master's students: are you eligible for mobility aid?

You are a scholarship student, you have obtained your bachelor's degree and you are registered for the 2026-2027 academic year in master 1 in another academic region than yours? In this case, you automatically benefit from mobility assistance.

This mobility aid is allocated, under certain conditions, by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Ministry of Culture. It aims to facilitate the geographical mobility of scholarship students holding a bachelor's degree, registered in 1re a master's degree in an academic region different from the one in which they obtained their bachelor's degree.

The amount of aid shall be €1,000. It is paid in one installment by Crous, the month after receipt of your proof.

4 conditions are required to benefit:

If you meet these conditions, you are automatically eligible for mobility aid and you do not have to take any steps.

You will simply have to submit the following 2 supporting documents:

  • the certificate of completion of the bachelor's degree;
  • the certificate of registration in 1re Master's year.

Obtaining a professional license does not allow you to benefit from the help. You must hold the national bachelor's degree (DNL).
