Back to school 2026: a practical guide to entering student life

A new version of the guide On the way to student life! is available on the Ministry of Higher Education and Research website. This booklet is intended primarily for students who are finishing their high school years; it informs them of the rights and procedures related to student life. You can find a lot of information about for example:

• access to the scholarship on social criteria and to other financial aid ;
• the student housing ;
• student engagement (voluntary activity within an association, civic service commitment, volunteeringetc.);
• sports and cultural activities;
• the role of Crous (student catering, campus life, etc.);
• the possibility of finding a job, compatible with your study time;
• covering the cost of your medical consultations;
• etc.

The guide On the way to student life! is available free of charge on the website of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research; for each theme, it links directly to sites allowing you to obtain more information or to start a process.
