Did you know that when you do energy retrofit works, the value of your property can increase? A free tool allows you to estimate this added value.

The Mes Aides Réno digital public service, dedicated to information on aid for energy renovation, provides you with the calculette My added value Réno.

This tool allows you to get a free estimate of the value of your property after an energy renovation. This estimate is issued to you after you have indicated:

  • the location of your accommodation;
  • the current estimate of your property;
  • the label of energy performance diagnostics (EPD) before and after works (this label ranges from A for an extremely high-performance housing to G for an extremely low-performance housing that can be described as a « thermal sieve »).

The calculator My added value Réno is accessible on the website Mes Aides Réno and addresses both:

  • future sellers of real estate, and owners in general;
  • to future buyers of a house or apartment.

Please note

You can find on our practical sheet « You want to do works in your home: financial aid » a presentation of the assistance you can receive to renovate your home, depending on your situation. On the website Mes Aides Réno, a simulator allows you to identify the aid to which you are entitled to finance your energy renovation works.
