Online declaration of over-indebtedness

The applicant shall use France Connect and its identifiers.

The applicant must file the over-indebtedness file on their behalf, but they can get help from a social worker.

We have to provide supporting documents.

FYI  

This can be done using a form cerfa n°13594 to print or to be withdrawn at a bank of France counter. This form must then be sent by post or handed over to a counter.

The use of the form is mandatory for the applicant placed under guardianship.
