To be used to make a case of over-indebtedness.

FYI  

You have to provide photocopy of supporting documents.

You must then send the file by mail, or hand it over to the over-indebtedness commission.

Be careful, if your backrest is more than 3 cm thick, it must be deposited in one of the counters.
