Request a certificate of Civil partnership for a foreigner born abroad

If you are a foreigner born abroad, you may be asked for a certificate of Civil partnership to justify your situation.

This template allows you to request a certificate of Civil partnership for a foreign-born person.

You must provide all the information requested.

To obtain the certificate of Civil partnerships, you can make the request by email.
