Letter Template - Request a Certificate of Civil partnership for a Foreign-Born foreigner (Document Template)

If you are a foreign-born foreigner, you may be required to produce a Civil partnership statement to justify your situation.

This template letter allows you to request a Civil partnership certificate for a foreign born abroad.

You must provide all requested information.

To obtain the attestation of Civil partnerships, you can make the request by email.

Copy the request email directly (by pressing the Copy button), and then paste it into your email.

You can also download the application, print the document and send it by simple mail.
