Comment faire ?

  1. Identify yourself (or create an account)
  2. Fill in the registration number
  3. Get personalized follow-up of the application for the certificate of registration

The different statuses what can take an application for a certificate of registration are the following:

  • Pending payment : the costs of the process have not yet been paid. The file remains pending until payment is made.
  • In Instruction : the request has been received and is being analyzed by the instructor service.
  • To be completed : the instructing officer needs additional information or documentation to continue the analysis of the request. It is important to respond promptly to this request to avoid any delays.
  • Rejected : the request was refused. The reason for the rejection will appear in the « My messages » section.
  • Pending request for information by the registration instructor service : mainly concerns tax clearance and registration procedures.
  • Pending request for information by the tax discharge instructor service (DGFIP: titleContent) : the analysis is being carried out by the tax authorities.

Please note

There is no « accepted » status. Once the request is validated, a notification is sent. The file then goes to the manufacturing stage, then after, the shipping stage.

Depending on the situation, prepare one of the following documents:

  • Certificate of Registration
  • Provisional Certificate of Registration
  • Detachable coupon.
