If you have a modest income, you can get help to reduce the amount of your water, telephone, electricity and/or gas bills.
Each municipality decides whether to introduce social water pricing. It is about helping people on modest incomes pay their water bills. The form of the aid may vary according to the municipality which has introduced social pricing.

If your operator is Orange and you receive the active solidarity income (RSA) or the disabled adult allowance (AAH) or the specific solidarity allowance (ASS), you can benefit from a so-called telephone social reduction on your landline phone subscription for your principal residence.
