How do I get the change declaration receipt from an association?

After studying the declaration of modification, the registry of associations of the prefecture of the department in which the association's headquarters is located issues a receipt.

The change declaration was made online via the association account
If the amendment process was done online, the association's officials can consult their messages in the association account.
The change declaration was made by email
The receipt is sent by email.
Association officials should check their e-mail, including junk e-mail (spam) in which the receipt could be classified.
The change declaration was made by post
If the declaration was made by post using the paper form, the receipt shall be sent by post.
FYI
Due to the large number of files received, it may be that the time limit for issuing the receipt, set in the texts at 5 days, is longer in some prefectures.
After 3 or 4 weeks, if no response is received, the association's managers can contact the association's registry.
