Modify a civil partnership

The process depends on where your initial Civil partnership was registered (town hall, court, notary's office, consulate or embassy). We'll tell you what you need to know.

This document indicates your identities and references of your initial Civil partnership.
You must use the following cerfa form (15790):

You must contact the registry office who saved your initial Civil partnership.
You can go to town hall or proceed by mail.
In town hall
You can go alone or 2.
You must present your amending agreement and your identification.
