The composition of the early childhood care benefit (EYCB) depends on your place of residence : Metropolis, Guyana, Reunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe (general case) or Mayotte.

General case

The early childhood care benefit (EYCB) is composed of 4 helpers.

Such aid may be paid at the time of birth (or adoption) of the child.

They help to meet expenses or compensate for a loss of professional income.

This aid is paid under resource conditions, except the PrePar.

Amounts collected in this respect do not have to be included in operating income or other taxable income. So they don't have to be reported on the annual tax return.

The aid is therefore fully exempt from income tax.

Mayotte

The Paid benefit is not paid in Mayotte.

Only the free choice of care (CMG) supplement can be.
