Refunds: you can now send your treatment sheets via the Ameli Account app

If you do not have your health card at the time of your doctor's appointment, or if your doctor does not send the care sheet to you, you can send it directly to your health insurance fund (CPAM), via the Ameli account app on smartphone.

This service only works in the following cases:

• the care sheets concern a consultation provided by a general practitioner or specialist outside a care facility (e.g. hospital);
• the amount indicated on your treatment sheet must not exceed €100.

How to use the Ameli Account online service to send your treatment sheets?

Via the application « Account ameli, Health Insurance » on your iPhone or your Android, log in to your personal ameli account.

Go to the section "My steps" then "Care sheet - doctor", you will then:

• submit the supporting document, i.e. the photo of your treatment sheet (which you take instantly or which is already in your gallery or in the form of a PDF file);
• identify the recipient of care;
• identify your doctor (9-digit number on the treatment sheet);
• indicate the amount of the fees;
• tick the certification boxes and finally validate your refund request.

You will receive an acknowledgement from the Health Insurance in the email of your email account confirming that your claim has been successfully submitted.
