Retirement in a long career: what will be your rights from September 2026?

The 2023 pension reform provided for a gradual increase in the statutory retirement age to 64. She was suspended until 2028 under the Social Security Financing Act for 2026.

A decree of 7 May 2026 clarified how to implement the suspension of the pension reform for long careers. The new rules will allow some policyholders who started working young to leave a few months earlier. The new calculation method applies persons born between 1964 and 1970 who fulfill the conditions for a long career.
