A device to support you in the rental of your property

The device Rent for employment is offered by Action Accommodation; it is accessible to any landlord, whether a natural or legal person (excluded from the scheme are low-income housing organizations and businesses of mixed economy of building and management of social housing).

To benefit from it, your accommodation must be located in the metropolitan territory or in a DROM (overseas department and region).

The system has recently evolved. Now, Rent for employment allows you to benefit from the following services:

• free and personalized advice for the overall assembly of your rental project;
• a proposal by Action Accommodation of a prospective tenant, who is an employee;
• the VISALE guarantee, which covers the risk of unpaid rent and rental damage throughout the tenancy of the dwelling by the tenant;
• a grant of up to €1,000 for works (including energy diagnostics) for owners directly managing the letting of their property;
  or a grant of up to €1,000 for the payment of rental fees, for landlords delegating the management of their property to a real estate professional (only one possible grant per year during the term of the contract, except for furnished apartments for which the grant can be requested 3 times a year);
• a loan at an advantageous rate for works to improve or adapt your home, or for energy renovation works.

To benefit from the device, you must complete a form on the Accommodation Action website. You will then be contacted by a device expert Rent for Employment, in order to diagnose your situation.

The aid and loans offered are subject to conditions and granted subject to the Accommodation Services Action agreement.
