“My online orientation”, free and personalized exchanges with specialists

The national guidance service, My Orientation Online, aims to answer all questions about guidance, trades, training, procedures and education. It is offered free of charge by Onisep (National Office for Information on Teachings and Professions).

My online orientation address:

  • secondary school pupils: middle and high school pupils;
  • students undergoing initial training;
  • apprentices;
  • young people who are out of school, dropping out of school or out of school;
  • young people with disabilities or special educational needs.

It is also intended for their educational and professional entourage: families, teaching team, professionals who accompany them.

You are looking for answers on subjects as varied as orientation, training, trades, specialists are available to help you.

By phone at 01 77 77 12 25 (non-surcharged call), advisors can be reached:

  • Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

By chat and email, let yourself be guided on the site My online orientation, or on the Onisep website (“our specialists at your service”) to receive a written and personalized response.

Chat exchange is possible:

  • Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

The email is accessible continuously.
