Estimate the value of your property

The land value request file is a free online service, open to all. It is an “explorer” that allows individuals to follow the evolution of real estate prices in their sector and estimate the value of their property.

The data is updated twice a year, in April and October.

You can consult a database containing information on the last 5 years:

• the price and date of sale of a built (apartment or house) or unbuilt (land and farm) property;
• the description of the property: type, number of rooms and area;
• the median selling price per m² by region and by city.

There are several possibilities to consult a real estate value:

• with the search bar: enter an address (top right) then refine if necessary by filtering by type of property (apartment, house, commercial premises);
• with the interactive map: click on a department, then on a commune, then on a cadastral section. The latest sales are shown in blue, you can get a detailed list of the latest sales;
• via a table: select a department via the drop-down menu and the list of transfers (sales, purchases...) will be proposed to you.
