The "Land Value Demand" database lists the real estate transactions in France in the last 5 years. The data are derived from notarial deeds and cadastral information.

Information is not available for the departments of Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin, Moselle and Mayotte.
To have a estimation of your construction, you can use the tool Patrim, which is a tax simulator.
This data is only accessible from “your particular space” on www.impots.gouv.fr.
The estimate may be useful for reporting thereal estate wealth tax (IFI), a succession, a donation, a tax inspection, a expropriation or to calculate your housing assistance.
