4. Submit the form to the criminal record office you depend on

Generally speaking, you don't have to provide a document. If you were born outside France, you must send a copy of your proof of identity (example: residence permit).

You do not have to attach an envelope or stamp.

In general, the bulletin n°3 of the criminal record must be less than 3 months old
