Pre-application for passport renewal in Australia, Canada, Spain and Portugal

This approach is in experimental mode.

You can apply to renew your passport without moving at the embassy or consulate if you meet all of the following conditions :

• You always have your passport (it has not been lost or stolen)
• You were at least 18 years of age on the date of issue of your passport current
• Your passport is still valid or has expired for less than 5 years
• You don't ask not renewing your passport to do change your birth name or your first name or your sex
• You don't ask not a second passport (for incompatible business reasons or destinations)
• You are registered in Register of French nationals established outside France and have your possession consular registration number (Numic) and your e-mail address in the Register
• You have a digital identity France Identity certified or a digital identity La PosteDigital Identity La Poste.

You must use FranceConnect+.

If you are unable to connect with FranceConnect+, you must go to the consulate to renew your passport on site.
