  1. Select “Buy an electronic stamp”
  2. Select, among the various proposals, ‘National Identity Card’
  3. Fill In the location from which you apply for an identity card
  4. Fill In the type of desired stamp
  5. Confirm your choice
  6. Add the stamp at basket
  7. Choose the receiving mode of the stamp (SMS or email)
  8. Validate the basket
  9. Pay the stamp
  10. Download the documents (stamp and proof of payment)
