  3. Inform the information concerning the 1er partner (or check pre-entered information)
  4. Inform the information concerning the 2nd partner
  5. Indicate the type of agreement desired: standard or custom convention
  6. Become aware of the documents to be attached concerning the 1er partner and the upload
  7. Become aware of the documents to be attached concerning the 2nd partner and the upload
  8. In case of custom convention, the upload
  9. Consult the summary of the request
  10. Send the request
  11. Download the summary of the application, the memo and the cerfa form n°15725 of joint declaration of Civil partnerships (pre-filled with the information entered in the process).

FYI  

If you do not have all the documents to attach right away, it is possible to save the request in draft and resume it later (within a maximum of 30 days).

The day of registrationbring your identity document (valid), the originals of your credentials (if necessary) and your Civil partnership agreement (signed by the 2 partners). Consult in advance your memo pdf in order to check all the documents to be provided.

The presence of the 2 eastern partners mandatory.

FYI  

After the Civil partnerships have been recorded, the registrar returns your Civil partnership agreement, without keeping a copy. You must therefore carefully keep this document.

If the town hall has not contacted you 15 days after sending the pre-application, you must contact it directly to know the progress of your file.
