• Copy of your identity document (passport, national identity card, residence card)
• Supporting document of the property of the property for which you are seeking restitution. : invoice, receipt, report of complaint, etc.

• If your request is accepted: a notice or summons inviting you to remove the item within 2 months is sent to you. After this period, the State becomes the owner. You will have to present yourself to the evidence department of the jurisdiction holding the items placed under seal, with an identity document and the summons or return notice.
• If your application is rejected: you can appeal against this decision as indicated in the notification letter accompanying the decision.
