  2. Date and sign the form
  3. Attach the necessary documents
  4. Forward the file to the Victims Guarantee Fund

The form must be accompanied by the following documents:

  • Copy of the identity document (national identity card, passport or residence permit)
  • Documents to justify the damage I suffer (example: medical certificate)
  • Copy of testimony before police or gendarmerie (or copy of complaint)
  • Police reports or attestation from the French consulate (in case of terrorist act committed abroad)
  • Bank Identity Statement.

Et après ?

The ITGF will review your application and declare it admissible or inadmissible.

If it is admissible, he must pay you a provision within a time limit of 1 month according to your request.

He makes you an offer of compensation within 3 months from the receipt of your complete file.

The offer of compensation may be challenged with the FGTI's compensation officer.

If you cannot reach an amicable agreement, you can refer the matter to the Judge for Compensation for Victims of Terrorist Acts (Jivat) of the Paris Court of Justice.
