Claim Form - Relative of a Victim of Terrorism

1. Fill the form
2. Date and sign the form
3. Attach documents necessary
4. Forward Folder to the Victims Guarantee Fund

The form must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Copy of ID (national identity card, passport or residence permit)
• Documents to justify the damage undergone (example: medical certificate)
• Copy of testimony in front of the police or gendarmerie (or copy of complaint)
• Police reports or certificate from the French consulate (in case of terrorist attack committed abroad)
• Bank details.

The ITGF will review your application and declare it admissible or inadmissible.

If it is admissible, he has to pay you a provision within a time limit of 1 month according to your request.

He's making you a compensation offer within 3 months from the receipt of your complete file.

The offer of compensation may be challenged with the ITGF Compensation Officer.

If you do not find an amicable agreement, you can refer the case to the Judge of Compensation for Victims of Terrorist Acts (Jivat) of the Paris Court of Justice.
