Certificate of transfer of a used vehicle

The form must be completed by the former owner (the seller) and the new owner (the buyer), then be signed by the two parties, even if it is a gift (or transfer free of charge).

If there are several co-holders, or co-heirs each must sign it.

The seller keeps copy n°1 and hands copy n°2 to the new owner with the other elements necessary for the sale.
