Income Conditions

Your reference tax income per share in France, plus any income you may receive abroad in the same year, must be less than or equal to €16,880.

Conditions related to mileage in the context of professional activity

You must fill in one of the following 2 conditions :

  • You perform more than 8,000 kilometers per year as part of your professional activity with your personal vehicle.

The vehicle must meet all of the following conditions on the payment date of 1er rent provided for in the vehicle rental agreement:

  • Be a vehicle of category M1 (genus private car)
  • Be registered in France in a definitive series
  • Being a new vehicle (1re vehicle registration in France or abroad)
  • Using electricity as an exclusive source of energy
  • The environmental score of the vehicle must be equal to or greater than 60 points. You can view the list of vehicles with this score online
  • The cost of acquiring the vehicle must be less than or equal to €47,000 TTC: titleContent, excluding options, including, if necessary, the cost of acquiring or renting the battery
  • The mass in running order of the vehicle shall be less than 1,800 kg.

The amount of aid is fixed at 29 % of the purchase cost excluding options, up to a maximum of €6,500 TTC: titleContent.

If the vehicle is produced in Europe, the amount of aid shall be 29 % of the purchase cost excluding options, up to a maximum of €9,000 TTC: titleContent. The vehicle shall be included in the list of vehicles meeting european manufacturing criteria ( manufacturing site of the vehicle and battery production site of the vehicle located within l').

If the engine is also manufactured in Europe, an additional premium of €500 shall be granted. The vehicle shall be included in the list of vehicles fulfilling the condition relating to the location in the European Economic Area of the engine manufacturing site.

Delay in delivery of the vehicle

The rental contract must provide for the possibility to terminate the contract free of charge after 14 days of delay until the vehicle is delivered.

Death, disability, loss of employment or any other force majeure

The rental contract must provide for the possibility to terminate the contract free of charge (excluding possible rehabilitation costs) in the event of death, disability, loss of employment, or any other case of force majeure.

It is strictly forbidden to sublet the vehicle to another person during the term of the lease.

You must keep the vehicle for hire for the period stipulated in the contract.

The rental contract must provide for the possibility, for a limited period of 3 months, to carry out a partial or total deferral of maturity or a partial reimbursement.

The lessor may require that these postponements do not have the effect of postponing the date of return of the vehicle.

The rules for the termination of the rental contract shall be laid down in the contract as soon as it is signed.

Two formulas are possible: lease with purchase option or long-term lease.
