Support for international student mobility

You can benefit from international mobility assistance if you wish to follow a higher education abroad.

This training must be carried out as part of an exchange program or an international internship.

It may be granted to you if you complete the 2 conditions following:

• You benefit from a scholarship on social criteria or a annual specific aid
• You are preparing a national diploma corresponding to the competence of the Ministry of Higher Education.

You must remove a mobility aid application file from your institution's International Relations Department, complete it, and then submit it to that department.

The application must be accompanied by a study stay or internship abroad.

Your application is selected by the university president or head of institution, based on the following 2 criteria :

• Quality and educational value of your individual project
• In accordance with the international policy of the university or institution.

The university president or head of the institution also decides on the number of monthly payments that will be granted to you.

You must inquire early enough before departure about the time required to review the file.

Your stay abroad entitling you to assistance must be included between 1 and 10 consecutive months.

For the academic year 2026-2027, the amount of aid shall be €400 per month.

The aid consists of at least 1 monthly installment and a maximum of 10 monthly installments.

The establishment informs you, before your departure abroad, of the amount of aid allocated to you.

Throughout your graduate studies, you can benefit from mobility assistance several times.

However, the aid may not exceed a total of 10 cumulative months.

The aid is paid monthly by your institution.

The property can pay you at least one monthly payment before your departure.

Aid for international mobility may be combined with merit aid.
