You have a conditional scholarship notification

If you perceive the scholarship on social criteria or a annual specific allocation, you can apply for a CVEC exemption.

You must obtain a certificate of acquittal from the CVEC before enrolling in your higher education institution.

You log in to www.CVEC.etudiant.gouv.fr after you have previously created your account www.MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr (the site CVEC.student.gouv.fr is accessible via MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr).

My Student Services

If you are exempt and have a conditional stock exchange notification, the MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr automatically recognizes your exemption. You immediately download your acknowledgement of acquittal.

You must present the certificate to your higher education institution at the time of registration.

If the registration process at your institution is done online, you will be asked to provide the certificate number.

If your registration procedure is physical, you must present your certificate (on smartphone or printed, depending on the establishment) at the time of registration.

If you cancel your registration after paying the CVEC or if you interrupt your studies during the year, you will not be able to get a refund of this contribution.

You don't have it

You must pay the CVEC after you have previously created your account MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr. Then apply for a refund.

My Student Services

Depending on the payment method, you can download the certificate immediately (online payment) or after 2 days (cash payment). You will then have to provide the certificate to get a refund.
