Can a student redirect during the first year of university?

Yeah. Yeah. If you're a university student and you find that you've made a misdirection, you can reorient.

Reorientation allows you to be assigned in a alternative route or in a other university that matches more to your project.

In general, the university allows you to reorient yourself by end of 1er semester of 1re year of license.

Some universities also offer workshops to help students in their reorientation process.

You must, before the end of December, contact your university's secretariat to find out about the reorientation procedure.

If you want to change direction later in the year, you can also use procedure Browse. It allows you to resume a new training the next fall.
