Are you under 30 years old and on an apprenticeship or professional contract in a non-agricultural private sector company? You can benefit from Mobili-Jeune support under certain conditions. This help helps you take over part of your rent (or fee in particular for home-dwellings) during the duration of your work-study training. The aid shall be paid by Action housing. We present you the information to know.
FYI
One similar aid exists for participants in territorial volunteering in company (VTE), whether they are on a fixed-term/permanent contract or an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.

Testing your eligibility for Mobili-Jeune support
Then you have to create a personal account on this site to apply online:
You must attach (scan) to your application a rent receipt or proof of payment of rent and your pay slips for the months concerned.
Warning
Mobili-Jeune aid is granted within the maximum amount of the budget allocated to Action logement. Once this envelope is exceeded, the aid is no longer available.
The amount of aid varies from €10 minimum per month at €100 maximum per month.
The amount of aid shall be limited to €1,100 by year of training on 11 monthly payments.
The calculation is made on the rent after deduction from personalized housing assistance (APL) if you get this help.
Example :
For a rent of €350 (including charges), if you touch €220 from APL, the aid will be €100.
For a rent of €350 (including charges), if you touch €280 from APL, the aid will be €70.
For a rent of €250 (including charges), if you touch €245 of APL, you will not be able to benefit from the aid because your remaining expenses are less than €10.
The aid may be applied for over a maximum of 2 years of training, consecutive or not, i.e. 2 times 11 months.
Reminder
The amount of aid shall be limited to €1,100 by year of training on 11 monthly payments.

Any changes in your situation must be reported to Action logement from your personal account. Moreover, any change in situation must comply with the eligibility criteria (income, housing situation...).)
