Is the duration of the grievor's probationary period extended in case of absence?

Leave, other than annual leave, granted to an official on probation may extend, under variable conditions, the duration of his probationary period. We present these conditions of extension according to your public service (State - FPE, territorial - FPT, hospital - FPH).
EPF
If you take one of the following leave during your internship, the end date of the statutory duration of your internship is postponed by a number of working days equal to the number of days and half-days of leave used:
Example :
If you are on a one-year internship and are on a 20-day caregiver leave, your internship will be extended by 20 working days.
If you benefit, during your internshipone or more paid leave, other than annual leave, the total duration of such leave shall be taken into account as probationary time only for 1/10e the normal duration of the traineeship.
Beyond 1/10e, your internship is extended accordingly.
Example :
If you are on a one-year internship and are on sick leave for 50 days, only 36 days (1/10e of 365 days) are taken into account as a probationary period. And your internship is extended by 14 days (50 – 36).
However, if you benefit from a parental leave, your internship is extended but your tenure takes effect at the end of the statutory duration of your internship. The leave concerned is as follows:
- Maternity leave
- Adoption Leave
- 3 days leave for birth or adoption of birth
- Paternity and childcare leave
- Supplementary Birth Leave.
Example :
If you are subject to a one-year internship from 1er from june to may 31 of the following year and benefit from a maternity leave of 112 days and an additional birth leave of 30 days, your internship is extended by 106 days (142 - 36 days). The decision to become a permanent member shall take effect from 15 September but shall take effect on 1 Septemberer June.
If your internship is interrupted for at least 3 years as a result of successive periods of leave of any kind, whether paid or unpaid, other than annual leave, you must resume your entire probationary period at the end of your last period of leave.
If your internship is interrupted less than 3 years, you must complete an additional period of internship to reach the normal duration of the internship provided for by the particular status of your body.
FPT

If your internship is interrupted for more than one year as a result of successive leaves of any kind, paid or unpaid, other than annual leave, your employer community may ask you to start your entire probationary period again at the end of your last leave.
However, this request cannot be made to you if you have completed at least half of the statutory probationary period before its interruption.
The normal probationary period is taken into account for advancement.
The entire internship period is validated for retirement.
