Where and how to consult a company agreement?

A company agreement must be made available to employees in the workplace. It must also be published on the internet and submitted to the departmental directorate in charge of employment, labor and solidarity (DDETS: titleContent or DDETSPP: titleContent).

Warning  

Certain agreements do not not the subject of a publication on the internet. These include incentive agreements, participation agreements or employment protection plans.

In the workplace

The employer must keep an updated copy of the collective agreement available to staff in the workplace.

In the absence of information requirements laid down in an agreement, the employer must give to the employee a written document containing the names of the collective agreements and agreements applicable to the employee.

It must update a copy of this text on the intranet (if it exists in the company).

An opinion containing the title of the conventions and agreements applicable in the company and specifying the place and conditions for their consultation shall be communicated by any means to the employee.

One copy the agreement can be obtained from the departmental directorate in charge of employment, labor and solidarity (DDETS: titleContent or DDETSPP: titleContent) on which the company depends.

Fees, linked to the reproduction of the document, may be requested.

Who shall I contact

Please note

When legal proceedings are initiated (labor court council for example), a copy of all or part of the relevant agreement or agreement shall be issued free of charge to each of the parties requesting it.
