Are you the victim of a purse theft or your luggage theft or a burglary and all your documents have been stolen? We explain the process to follow.
What applies to you ?
For a major
You must first to declare the flight.

If the flight took place in France
You have to go to a police station or a gendarmerie.
A receipt will be provided.
If the flight took place abroad
Contact the local police authorities and the nearest French consulate.
Who shall I contact

Carte grise If you have had your identity card and/or passport stolen, as well as your driver's license and/or your doctor and/or your Vitale card and/or your voter's card and/or your family booklet, you must first apply for a new identity card or passport.
In fact, for the other documents to be requested, a valid piece of ID will have to be presented.
The replacement of each document must be the subject of an independent request:
If other objects have been stolen, you will need to take extra steps:
- Change locks in case of key theft if your address is known to the perpetrators of the theft
- Approaches to the telephone operator in the event of mobile phone theft
- Statement to insurance
