The mobility inclusion card (CMI) replaces the disability card

Free, mobility card (CMI) Disability is granted subject to conditions if your loss of autonomy is significant.

Since 1^er january 2017, it replaces the old one invalidity card. If you are still in possession of it, it remains valid until 31 December 2026 ; it is therefore recommended to apply for a Disability MIF now.

The request is made to the Departmental House for Disabled Persons (MDPH), via a paper form or online.

What are the criteria for awarding the Invalidity MIF?

You can benefit from the Invalidity MIF if:

• your disability rate is greater than or equal to 80 % (you need assistance in the essential actions of everyday life);
• you benefit from the third-party surcharge invalidity pension (invalidity pension of 3^e Social Security category, you need help permanently).

What is the purpose of the Disability IJC?

1/ She gives you priority access to seating :

• in public transport;
• in establishments open to the public;
• in rooms or queues.

The person who accompanies you on your travels benefits from the same advantages.

2/ It allows you to benefit from certain advantages, for example:

• specific provisions for disabled workers in the private or public sector without having to take steps to recognize the status of disabled worker (RQTH) ;
• tax advantages (1/2 additional share for income tax calculation in particular);
• conditional fare reductions, particularly in public transport (RATP, SNCF, Air France, etc.).
