Is the disability card still issued?

No, this card has been replaced since 1er January 2017 by the mobility card inclusion (CMI) mention Invalidity.
However, the disability card remains valid until its expiry date and, at the latest, until 31 December 2026.
If you wish, you can request a MIF mention Invalidity without waiting for that date.
